Air Services Development Offices Program or ASDO is a not-for-profit organization that brings together aviation industry buyers affiliated with or located at the following airports: LaGuardia Airport; JFK International Airport; Newark Liberty International Airport; Teterboro Airport; and Stewart International Airport, with local metropolitan businesses. This unique program, which is funded by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and administered by the Aviation Development Council, matches the purchasing needs of the aviation community with the broad range of products and services available from area businesses. Queens Air Services Development Office matches the needs of purchasers at John F. Kennedy International and LaGuardia airports with businesses based in Queens County and selected towns in Nassau County, New York.
New Jersey Air Services Development Office matches the needs of purchasers at Newark Liberty International and Teterboro airports with business based in Bergen, Essex, Hudson and Union counties in New Jersey. The NJASDO Office also matches the needs of purchasers at Stewart International Airport with businesses located in Orange, Dutchess, and Ulster counties by managing the Stewart Air Services Development Office Program.
Founded in 1984, Queens ASDO was created to match the purchasing needs of aviation industry buyers at JFK International and LaGuardia airports with the broad range of businesses and service providers available locally. The program has expanded to assist businesses neighboring Newark International, Teterboro, and Stewart International airports to date.
